Sheet Metal Shearing | Metal Plate Cutting | Blanking

We provide sheet metal shearing or cutting services for all types of sheet goods.  Steel, Galvanized, Carbon Plate, Stainless Steel Sheet and Aluminum. We have two sheet metal shears in our facility that will cut sheet metal with ease. 

Piranha 1/4-10-  This shear can cut 1/4" -10' steel, 3/16" - 10' stainless, or 1/4" aluminum plate.  The front operated digital 36" electronic back gage makes it easy to adjust cutting dimension.  This machine is our main shear as it is very fast to set up and operate.  It is hydraulic powered with adjustable stroke.  This shear also has a 5' squaring arm for blanking operations.

Cincinnati 3/16"-14'-0"-  This is our secondary shear.  It has the same capacity as the piranha but can cut parts in lengths up to 14'-0"  (168")  We use this shear to manufacture specific parts that require longer parts than the 10' shear can cut.   This shear is Mechanically Operated with a front operated power back gage.
