Our machinery and facility is state of the art.  Using CNC technology our machines can create and reproduce parts with speed and accuracy. We have 60,000 square feet of fabrication space and over 180 arms of sheet metal stock.   Click on the tabs to the left to learn more about our capabilities.

Services that H&H provides:

•    Shearing / Cutting- 1/4" x 10' Capacity   or  3/16" x 14' Capacity
  • Steel - Mild, Galvanized, Galvanealed, Pre-finished, Galvalume.
  • Stainless Steel - in multiple finishes #2B, #4B are the most common finishes.
  • Aluminum -  Mill Finish , Clear Anodized, Dark Bronze Anodized, Pre-finished.  In multiple alloys such as 6061, 5052, & 3003                
  • Copper
•     Bending / Forming: 1/4" x 12' Capacity (10'-2" between Gimbals)  We have an extensive selection of press brake dies to form even the most complex shapes. 
  • Steel -
  • Stainless Steel
  • Aluminum -  Only alloys 5052 & 3003 as they are malleable.  6061 aluminum will not form as it will crack.  We form primarily pre-finished, mill or anodized aluminum.

•     Punching -  We have an extensive selection for Ironworker & Unipunch jigging. including rounds, slots, squares, keyholes, etc.  Unipunch jigging allows for medium size punching runs (100pc -25,000pc) with accuracy and speed.   Strip punching can be done in one machine stroke.  We have setups that punch 40+ holes in one hit.  We have also made jigs for common punching applications for masonry or screw fasteners at 4" , 8", 12", 15", 24", 32" or 48" centers.  Max length of punch parts is 12'-0".  Gage is dependent on other factors but typically can be up to 1/4" plate.  Unipunch jigging is ideal for strip  subgirts that need to be attached to masonry walls, or base angles to be attached to concrete.  Also many attachment clips can be efficiently made using this method.
