In 1980 H&H Enterprises incorporated in the State of Colorado. At first the main business consisted of metal roofing and associated sheet metal trim. A small warehouse / shop facility was leased while the office remained at the home of Kathy & Jim. Quickly the business outgrew this arrangement and moved to a larger building where the office and shop facilities were combined.
From Left to Right (Jim Huff, Kathy Huff, Chad Huff) The business continued to flourish. New equipment such as an electric shear and hydraulic press brake meant increased capabilities. H&H not only did metal roofs, but a variety of metal associated products including metal wall panels, pre-engineered metal buildings, composites, column covers, etc. In 1993 H&H Enterprises, Inc. moved to Westminster, CO. It was a 13,000 s.f. facility with 8,000 s.f. of shop/warehouse space. More shop floor space enabled H&H to carry out projects that were not previously possible. The business transformed from just a metal roofing & siding contractor to a full-functioning sheet metal shop. In 2000 Chad Huff, Kathy & Jim's son, graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management, and joined the Company full-time. Since then the Company has purchased many new pieces of equipment such as a CNC router, CNC press brake, and CNC shear. H&H has become a state of the art facility and a leader in the ornamental metals business. In 2003 H&H expanded their facility with the addition of a 7,500 s.f. warehouse adjacent to their current building. This building was a pre-engineered Steelox building that was designed and managed by H&H. In May 2008 H&H once again expanded into its current facility at 12520 Grant Drive #100 in Thornton CO 80241. This new 60,000 s.f. facility nearly tripled their floor space and streamlined operations.
