PRE-FABRICATED METAL CANOPIES, MODULAR PRODUCTS & IDENTITY SIGNAGE

We specialize in fabrication of modular pre-fabricated canopies.   This concept allows us to obtain the highest possible quality, minimizes jobsite congestion, and virtually eliminates weather delays.  We design all of our canopies in house and also field verify attachment points to ensure a correct fit.   Our 60,000 square foot facility allows us to fabricate virtually any size of roof feature, identity signage, or entrance canopy from a variety of materials.  Most canopies are even pre-wired for lighting, lightning suppression, and other features at our shop.

Aloft Swoof Roof Feature - Starwood (W) Hotels - Broomfield, CO

All design of this project was performed in house with close coordination among the owners brand, general contractor, electrician, and structural steel fabricator.   This 240 foot "Swoof" was fabricated completely inside our shop including all structural support, graphics, paneling, soffits, fascia and roof. This is a true turn-key project. 

This entire project only impacted the jobsite for 3 days of install from start to finish.   All sections were carefully designed to meet heavy snow and wind loadings while maintaining a sleek profile and lightweight design.

Spivak Vision Center - Centennial, CO

This project is a free-standing pre-fabricated walkway canopy with translucent barrel roof panels.  The entire structure was fabricated at our shop, painted, and even electrically wired for lighting prior to setting in place.  The canopy was located and set in 1 day on site.   Very little impact was imposed on the occupied medical office building.

Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers - Longmont, CO

This project is a free-standing identity sign, & canopy that is modularly built.   The sign was even pre-wired prior to the structure being set in place via crane.   The tower raises over 35 ft tall and was designed and fabricated in house.

Noodles & Company - Salt Lake City, UT

This project was designed and fabricated in 3 modular sections and lifted in place via crane.  We fabricated all the structural steel, metal panels, wood siding, and roofing in our facility prior to the structure being set on site.

SkyWest Hangar - Colorado Springs, CO

This canopy overhangs the main entrance of the SkyWest Airlines maintenance hangar in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  It is modeled after a full size airplane wing.  This entrance canopy was designed and built entirely in our facility.  The below photos show the canopy loaded on the truck ready for shipment to the jobsite, and the finished product in place on site.

American Furniture Warehouse - Vignettes - Englewood, CO

These pre-fabricated showroom dividers or "Vignettes" are modular in design and allow the customer to easily redecorate their showroom, easily moving walls as if the walls, themselves, were furniture.    The wall sections were fabricated as ready to assemble sections to make 2 or 4 room dividers to showcase their product line.   We provided pre-wired sections including both corrugated metal wall panels and wood tops to show off accessories.
