METAL SOFFIT AND FASCIA PANELS - DENVER, COLORADO 

Metal flush panels and soffit panels are their own breed when it comes to metal panels.  Typically a roll formed product, great care must be taken into account in design and function to eliminate oil canning.   Most fascia panels are flush in design, so they show no fasteners.  Typically these panels must be installed in a progressive manner.

METAL flush Panel Profiles:

• UC-500 -  This soffit panel is typically used as a soffit, fascia, or wall panel.  Available in steel, aluminum, & copper.  Soffit Panels may be vented as an option.
  • Optimal Panel Widths 8", 12", 20"
  • Panel Depth: 1"
  • Recommended Striations and/or Pencil ribs to reduce oil canning.
  • Panel Lengths:  Min. 48"  Maximum 576"

• UC-501- Similar to the UC-500 but with a 1" or 2" wide reveal.
  • Optimal Panel Width: 16" O.C. + Reveal
  • Panel Depth: 1"
  • Recommended Striations and/or Pencil ribs to reduce oil canning.
  • Panel Lengths:  Min. 48"  Maximum 576"

     

• UC-750 V Groove- Exclusively a soffit panel.  Available in steel, aluminum, & copper.  Soffit Panels may be vented as an option.
  • Panel Width: 12" Centerlines
  • Seam Rib Height: 0.56"
